1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using OddityAds.com and all associated platforms (collectively, "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Oddity Ads is a decentralized advertising network for cryptocurrency, Web3, AI, and blockchain projects. The Site provides advertising services for crypto tokens, NFT projects, DeFi protocols, DAOs, Web3 applications, blockchain games, AI tools, AI agents, AI-powered platforms, blockchain infrastructure, crypto media, educational platforms, and related ventures across all blockchains. Oddity Ads promotes, lists, and advertises third-party projects across the Web3 and AI ecosystem. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. ADVERTISING NETWORK
Participation in the Oddity Ads network requires embedding our ad rotation engine and submitting compliant creative assets. Oddity Ads reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any advertisement or participant from the network at any time and for any reason. Acceptance into the network does not guarantee any specific level of exposure, impressions, or results.
4. THIRD-PARTY PROJECTS, LISTINGS & PROMOTIONS
The Site lists, links to, advertises, and promotes third-party crypto projects, tokens, applications, and related ventures ("Listed Projects"). The listing, advertising, or promotion of any project on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, verification, or guarantee of that project, its team, its token, or its safety. Oddity Ads does not create, own, control, operate, audit, or independently verify Listed Projects, and is not a party to, participant in, investor in, or developer of any Listed Project. Oddity Ads is not responsible for their conduct, claims, representations, security, performance, or outcomes.
Oddity Ads is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party, including Listed Projects, advertisers, other users, or any person or entity you discover through the Site. Any interaction you have with a Listed Project or third party — including buying or selling tokens, connecting a wallet, or sharing information — is solely at your own risk and is a matter strictly between you and that third party. You are solely responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before engaging with anything listed, advertised, or promoted on the Site.
5. CRYPTO RISK & BLOCKCHAIN
Crypto projects advertised on Oddity Ads may operate on various blockchains including but not limited to Solana, Ethereum, Bitcoin, and others. All blockchain transactions are public, irreversible, and not controlled by Oddity Ads. Cryptocurrency and digital tokens are inherently volatile and carry substantial risk. Prices can move dramatically or fall to zero, and you could lose some or all of your funds.
The crypto space also carries serious risks of scams, fraud, "rug pulls," abandoned projects, misleading claims, smart-contract failures, exploits, hacks, and theft. Digital assets are largely unregulated, and if something goes wrong you may have little or no recourse and no ability to recover lost funds. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the Site should be relied upon when making financial decisions. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose entirely, and only after doing your own research. Oddity Ads is not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain transactions, wallet or key security, token value fluctuations, or the acts or omissions of any third party.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and credentials. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Site complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Oddity Ads or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Advertisers retain ownership of their submitted creative assets but grant Oddity Ads a non-exclusive license to display them across the network.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services including but not limited to decentralized exchanges, wallet providers, blockchain explorers, analytics platforms, social media, and messaging services. These links are provided for convenience only. Oddity Ads does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oddity Ads, its operators, developers, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, the advertising network, any project or content listed, advertised, or promoted on the Site, the acts or omissions of any third party, or any related services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, tokens, or data, and any damages resulting from your dealings with any Listed Project or third party.
10. NO WARRANTIES
The Site and all services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Oddity Ads makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
11. MODIFICATIONS
Oddity Ads reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. BUSINESS STRUCTURE & PAYMENT
Oddity Ads operates as a business — a sole proprietorship — providing low-cost advertising services for crypto projects across all blockchain platforms. Oddity Ads may accept payment for advertising services in fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or tokens issued by Listed Projects. Acceptance of a project's cryptocurrency or token as payment does not make Oddity Ads a partner, investor, stakeholder, team member, or participant in that project. Payment in cryptocurrency does not constitute an endorsement of that cryptocurrency and does not create any affiliation, partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Oddity Ads and the paying project.
Oddity Ads does not own, control, or direct any third-party project listed on or advertised through the Site, and is not responsible for the conduct of any project, contributor, or user. Nothing in these Terms or on the Site creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Oddity Ads and any project, contributor, or user.
13. OPERATOR DISCLOSURES
The operator of Oddity Ads may create, own, hold, launch, or participate in other businesses, crypto projects, tokens, or ventures — now or in the future — that are entirely separate from and independent of Oddity Ads. The operator may also list, advertise, or promote projects on the Site. Any such listing or promotion is subject to the same Terms, risks, and disclaimers as every other project on the Site: it is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee, is not financial or investment advice, and implies no special safety, quality, or likelihood of success. You should treat all projects with the same caution and conduct your own research and due diligence before engaging with them.
14. AUTOMATED TOOLS & AI
Oddity Ads uses artificial intelligence and automated agents to help operate the Site and deliver its services, including tasks such as content creation, communications, moderation, and support. AI-generated and automated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. You should not rely on any automated output as professional, financial, legal, investment, or tax advice, and you remain solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
