Oddity Ads is a decentralized advertising network powered by Oddity Crypto on the Solana blockchain. The Site provides advertising services, business directory listings, discount NFT functionality, and related community tools. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. ADVERTISING NETWORK

Participation in the Oddity Ads network requires embedding our ad rotation engine and submitting compliant creative assets. Oddity Ads reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any advertisement or participant from the network at any time and for any reason. Acceptance into the network does not guarantee any specific level of exposure, impressions, or results.

4. DISCOUNT NFTS

Discount NFTs offered through the Site are blockchain-based tokens on the Solana network. They are not securities, investment contracts, or financial instruments. The value, utility, and availability of discount NFTs may change at any time. Oddity Ads makes no guarantees regarding the ongoing functionality, tradability, or value of any NFT.

5. CRYPTO & BLOCKCHAIN

Oddity Ads operates on the Solana blockchain. All blockchain transactions are public, irreversible, and not controlled by Oddity Ads. Cryptocurrency is inherently volatile and carries substantial risk. You could lose some or all of your funds. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose entirely. Oddity Ads is not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain transactions, wallet security, or token value fluctuations.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and credentials. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Site complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Oddity Ads or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Advertisers retain ownership of their submitted creative assets but grant Oddity Ads a non-exclusive license to display them across the network.

8. CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS

A portion of advertising fees may be directed toward charitable contributions to registered non-profits. Oddity Ads makes no guarantees regarding the specific amount, timing, or recipient of any charitable contribution. Charitable donations are made at the discretion of the project team.
