We make no representation or warranty about the current or future market value of the NFT.

We are not responsible for:

• The availability, quality, or terms of any third-party offer,

• Any changes, cancellations, or discontinuations by third parties,

• Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from your interactions with third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oddity Ads, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of value, lost profits, or data, resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the NFT,

• Changes in availability or value of discounts,

• Third-party acts or omissions,

• Any blockchain or smart contract failures.

You assume all risks related to using and holding the NFT.

5. No Warranty

The NFT is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to owning, buying, selling, or using the NFT. We do not provide tax advice and recommend consulting a qualified tax professional.

7. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable laws and regulations to use or hold the NFT.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or communicated to users by reasonable means. Your continued use of the NFT constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
